Objects of the Memorandum

Proposed objects for Remarkable Groups Limited, drafted around its intended sourcing, trading, e-commerce and commercial services activities. Object 1

To carry on the business of general goods sourcing, procurement, supply, wholesale and retail trading and distribution.

Object 2

To act as manufacturers’ representatives, commercial agents, brokers and sourcing intermediaries and to connect buyers, sellers, manufacturers, suppliers and service providers.

Object 3

To operate and provide e-commerce, online marketplace, dropshipping and digital commerce services for lawful goods and services.

Object 4

To import, export, distribute, market and otherwise trade in general goods and merchandise, subject to applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Object 5

To source and facilitate opportunities involving vehicles, homes, land and other property-related goods or services, where permitted by law and through appropriately licensed persons or businesses where required.

Object 6

To provide procurement, supplier identification, product research, quotation comparison, order coordination, fulfilment and related commercial support services.

Object 7

To establish and operate online stores, marketplace accounts, catalogues and other digital channels for lawful goods and services.

Object 8

To coordinate logistics, warehousing, shipping, delivery and other fulfilment arrangements through suitable third-party providers.

Object 9

To enter into lawful contracts, partnerships, agency arrangements and distribution arrangements necessary or convenient for the company’s business.

Object 10

To acquire, hold, lease, license or otherwise use property, intellectual property, technology and other assets required for the company’s activities.

Object 11

To undertake any other lawful activity incidental or conducive to the attainment of the foregoing objects, subject to applicable licensing, registration and regulatory requirements.
